He was born in 1972 in the Baskil district of Elazığ. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in the Baskil district. He graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1996. He then specialized in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He worked as a specialist doctor in various hospitals in our country. He has been working as an Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist in private hospitals since 2015. He is married and has 4 children.
