Purpose: To ensure that the necessary training is provided to patients, relatives and employees in an effective and efficient manner in line with the quality improvement activities of Elazığ Private Eastern Anatolia Hospital.

Training Unit:  It is the unit that follows up on behalf of the institution the processes of planning, organizing and ensuring the continuity of the trainings that need to be implemented in the hospital.

Education Nurse:  Identifies in-house or external training gaps, plans and implements the necessary training to eliminate these gaps, and assigns the persons deemed responsible for their implementation. Ensures that orientation training is provided.

General Orientation Training:  This is the training given to introduce the institution to the personnel who have just started working in the hospital.

Department Orientation Training:  Training given by the responsible person about the work and operation of the department for the employees who first start the department.

Patient/Patient Relative Education:  Visual, written or verbal education is provided for every patient who applies to the hospital.

Planned Trainings:  These are trainings organized for all employees of our hospital in order to increase service quality, patient and employee satisfaction, minimize patient and employee risks, and develop the professional knowledge and skills of employees.

Unplanned Trainings:  Trainings that are not included in the training plan but are carried out in line with the requests from the upper management and units.
