• Turkey Patient Safety Notification System is a platform developed for reporting errors encountered by healthcare facilities and professionals during medical processes. HGBS aims to detect undesirable events that commonly occur in our country regarding patient safety in healthcare institutions.
• Notifications can be made individually and institutionally.
• Although the approach to error reporting worldwide is to focus on the error itself, not who made it, most countries face various obstacles in establishing a national security reporting system because they cannot provide sufficient de-identification (anonymization) conditions in incident reporting.
• In order to meet this requirement, the Turkish Patient Safety Notification System does not allow any manual data entry and uses the Error Classification Systems (HSS™) standard for error reporting. In addition, no personal information such as IP address, location information, person name, etc. is recorded in the database during the notification.

  to personnel working in healthcare institutions. The aim of the ÇGBS is to identify the undesirable events that commonly occur in our country regarding healthcare worker safety and the causes of these events. Notifications  can be made individually and institutionally  .
  Although the approach to error notifications worldwide is to focus on the error, not who made it, most countries face various obstacles in establishing a national safety reporting system because they cannot provide sufficient de-identification (anonymization) conditions in incident notification.
