Our aim;

  • To ensure that all pregnant women are informed about the prenatal, birth and postnatal periods,
  • Helping mothers to have a comfortable, fearless and conscious birth by learning pain management,
  • To support them in embracing their roles as mothers and fathers,
  • It aims to initiate and ensure continuity of correct breastfeeding.

Our Pregnant School is located on the ground floor. Pregnant women who have completed their 20th week of pregnancy are included in group training.

Weight gain during pregnancy, changes in the musculoskeletal system such as the growth of the abdomen and breasts can cause posture deterioration, inactivity can cause excessive weight gain in the mother, increase the risk of gestational diabetes, nausea, cramps and hemorrhoids.

  • It is necessary to learn how to use the muscles necessary for normal birth.
  • To care for the baby after birth, the shoulder, arm and trunk muscles must be strong.
